The DCX Corporate Communications Associate is a vital contributor to the company's overall communication strategy, ensuring that all messaging is cohesive, effective, and aligns with the organization's mission and values.

The position is a pivotal role in managing and directing the communication efforts of DCX across various platforms, including social media, intranet, email, and printed materials. This position entails a broad range of responsibilities such as researching, writing, editing, and disseminating information about DCX to both internal and external audiences.

To succeed as DCX Corporate Communications Associate, you should be able to think creatively, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A bachelor's degree with experience as a communications specialist or equivalent experience in a similar role is strongly desired.

  • Work Shift: 2:00 AM –11:00 AM CST (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM PHT – may change depending on needs)
  • Workdays: Monday –Friday
  • Written and Spoken English Skill: Very Proficient
  • Salary Range: PHP 30,000.00 –35,000.00

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Management

  • Develop and manage content for social media channels, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging.

  • Create and update content for the company intranet, keeping employees informed and engaged.

  • Draft and send out email communications, including invites, updates, and announcements.

  • Produce digital / printed materials to support various initiatives.

  • Reputation Enhancement and Event Coordination: Actively seeks opportunities to enhance the company's reputation and coordinates publicity events as needed to promote DCX effectively.

  • Proficiency in Design and Publishing Software: Skilled in using design and publishing software to create high-quality, visually appealing communication materials.

  • Video Content Creation: Develop, produce, and edit engaging video content to support various communication initiatives and enhance the company's online presence.

Research and Writing:

  • Conduct research to gather relevant information for communication materials.

  • Write clear, compelling, and accurate content tailored to different audiences.

  • Edit and proofread materials to ensure high-quality communication outputs.

Strategic Communication Planning and Implementation

  • Collaborate with different departments to understand their communication needs and objectives.

  • Develop and implement communication strategies that align with DCX's goals and values.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication campaigns, adjust as needed.

  • Supervises the Overall Flow of Information: Ensures that all internal and external communications are consistent, accurate, and align with DCX's messaging and brand guidelines.

  • Implements Communication Policies and Procedures: Develops, enforces, and updates communication policies and procedures to maintain high standards and coherence in all communications.

  • Monitor and Report Performance/Analytics: Tracks and analyze web, email, and social media metrics, providing detailed reports to management to assess the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns.

Brand Management:

  • Ensure all communications are consistent with DCX's brand guidelines and tone of voice.

  • Maintain and enhance the company's reputation through effective communication practices.

Crisis Communication:

  • Prepare and manage communication plans for potential crises.

  • Respond promptly and effectively to any communication challenges that may arise.

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field.

  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in a communications role.

  • Design Skills: Proficient in desktop publishing software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and other design tools.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in video production and editing, with the ability to create engaging multimedia content.

  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly SharePoint, as well as content management systems and social media platforms.

  • Social Media Expertise: Experienced in consistent social media content creation, coordinating graphics, and managing social media accounts.
