The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Company Store Accounting Manager will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client.
The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having a strong attention to detail, the ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.

Role Details
Industry: Finance
Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)
Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
Written and spoken English skill: Very Proficient
Salary Range: PHP 40,000-43,000
Job Responsibilities
Order Management:
Upload company store orders daily for five Company Stores
Process company store orders and ensure timely email of invoices to clients.
Reconciliation Tasks:
Conduct UPS and FedEx reconciliations to ensure accurate shipping and billing.
Inventory Oversight:
Review inventory levels regularly and submit purchase orders reports as needed.
Receive merchandise bills into inventory, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Financial Management:
Tie and enter Stripe credit card deposits daily.
Email invoices to customers daily, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Complete monthly bank and credit card reconciliations monthly.
Perform month-end-close activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Additional Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting minimum.
Experience: Minimum four years of professional experience in Accounts Receivable/Payable and/or General Accounting experience.
Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Word, and Outlook.
Strong working knowledge using Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.
Proven experience in QuickBooks.
Working knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting
Proficiency in financial reconciliation and inventory management.
Familiarity with online order processing and invoicing systems.
Proven organizational experience.
Sales Tax experience is a plus.
A demonstrated record of stability and responsibility.
A detail-oriented and established performer.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
