Job Description
The DCX Home Based Client Experience Specialist that will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. We are looking for a detail-oriented Client Experience Specialist (CXS) to enhance our client-centric journey. As a CXS, you are the backbone of operational support, ensuring that client processes from order management to project coordination are handled with precision and efficiency. Working under the direction of the Client Experience Manager (CXM), you play a crucial role in keeping our client experiences seamless.
The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having a strong attention to detail, ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.

Proficiency in project management applications and other relevant software.

Role Details
Industry: Promotional
Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)
Work Days: Monday through Friday (USA)
Written and spoken English skill: Very Proficient
Salary Range: PHP 35,000-37,500
Daily Responsibilities
Manage items, item groups, and composite items within Four51 for assigned accounts.
Coordinate project details with multiple internal departments, including Graphics, Web Services, and Operations.
Coordinate the creation and management of proofs, production files, and thumbnail images with the Creative team.
Coordinate the update and maintenance of product details on buyer websites with the Web Development team.
Responsible for managing pricing and inventory in the assigned client’s e-commerce sites.
Prioritize and address time-sensitive client communications promptly.
Create client presentations based on provided specifications.
Assist in the creation and submission of Estimates, Sales Orders, and Purchase Orders.
Monitor Purchase Order statuses with vendors, ensuring timely approvals and deliveries.
Regularly update the CXM and Client Experience Team on client and product developments.
Additional Job Requirements
To ensure success as a sales team administrative assistant, you should have an excellent eye for detail and high accuracy. Should enjoy working in a team environment, back and forth with other team members throughout the day. Expect a fast pace to the job, especially during peak busy seasons.
Experience in customer service experience ideal
Education: College degree in communications or marketing ideal
