As a DCX Client Services Home-Based Accounts Payable Clerk you will oversee invoice processing and payment. You will be responsible for managing vendor relations, keeping an up-to-date vendor database, and relevant AP reporting. Day to day you will be making significant contributions to our partner’s operations and get the opportunity to enlarge your scope and shape your career.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Coding and data enter invoices for payments.
Reviewing and vouching supplier invoices in the ERP system (SAP).
Working with vendors on open purchase orders and credits.
Verifying vendor accounts, paying vendors, and resolving purchase orders, invoices, or payment discrepancies.
Maintaining A/P spreadsheets and reports every week.
Receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries, and reconciling books of accounts.
Assisting in streamlining the accounts payable process.
Reconciling account transactions with the general ledger.
Performing recordkeeping and preparing financial reports.
Receive vendor invoices and investigate discrepancies against purchase orders.
Forward invoices for correction or further investigation to the order manager or bookkeeper.
Key in bill information into the order management system to be scheduled for payment.
Review vendor statements for accuracy and communicate.
Communicate with vendors to receive credits or refunds.
Ad hoc duties as assigned
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of Accounts Payable and/or General Accounting experience, or equivalent.
Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, databases, and accounting software.
Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:
Strong working knowledge using Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.
Proficiency in using accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or other relevant software.
In-depth understanding of accounts payable principles, accounting standards, and account reconciliation.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and legislation.
Managing and prioritizing multiple tasks to meet payment deadlines.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) are a plus but not required.

Salary Range: Php 30,000- Php 35,000
Job Type: Full-time
Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)
Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
