The Role

We are on the lookout for a talented full-cycle, high-volume recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to grow our exceptional team of former admissions officers, MDs, nurses, and other accomplished, empathetic, and intelligent professionals. Responsibilities
- Responsible for owning the full cycle recruitment process from creating job postings, sourcing and screening candidates, and preparing offer letters for successful candidates
- Lead the implementation of new and existing recruitment initiatives such as targeted electronic advertising through social media to maximize the pool of potential candidates
- Identify and implement recruitment strategies to effectively source and recruit specific skill sets
- Report on recruitment activities and prepare & review with senior management
- Working in sync with the management team to ensure that recruitment initiatives and processes are developed, implemented, communicated, and delivered
- Assist in assessing organizational needs to support recruitment initiatives
- Ensure compliance with recruiting processes by collaborating with HR and hiring managers to cultivate strong relationships
- Provide updates and reporting on recruitment strategies and plans
- Manage all external job postings for assigned roles
- May be required to perform other duties as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a high-volume environment
- Self-starter, ability to think on your own and creatively solve problems
- Strong collaboration skills and an ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent understanding of sourcing passive candidates with a keen ability to use data to drive passive candidate outreach to conversion
- Proficiency with ATS technology - we use Greenhouse
- Systems capabilities: Google Suite, LinkedIn, Slack
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage deadlines
- Effective communication skills (influential across written, verbal, and presentation)
- Strong analytical skills and data analysis capabilities
- In-house, startup recruiting experience is a must

The targeted pay range for this role is: $60,000-$85,000. Actual salary is dependent upon several factors, including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team and geographic location. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at the offer. The pay range is subject to the discretion of the Company.
