About the Role
As a Business Operations Senior Manager, your role involves driving innovation, streamlining processes, and implementing scalable mechanisms to enhance efficiency and productivity across the Heroku organization. Do you love wearing multiple hats, managing programs, building processes, or aligning with stakeholders across the company? Well, this role is for you. As we continue to evolve and expand our offerings, we're seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to drive strategy, operations, and projects to success.
Responsibilities
- Operational Strategy: Develop, implement, and oversee business operations strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance
- Pricing Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive pricing strategies to optimize revenue, profitability, and market competitiveness
- Strategic Initiatives: Orchestrate and oversee complex initiatives that contribute to our continued growth and success. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of programs for strategic initiatives
- Project Management: Manage projects for GTM including pricing & packaging, consumption-based pricing, and operationalizing professional services. Drive transformational projects. Serve as the connective tissue with Salesforce key transformational projects
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, customer support, and sales, to ensure alignment and timely delivery of projects
