Description
Please note that only candidates who are willing to work in our office in Quezon City will be considered.This role involves accurately verifying and recording health and drug screening results, maintaining compliance with regulations, and ensuring up-to-date, error-free data entry. It also includes communicating test results confidentially to relevant parties, conducting follow-ups on inconclusive or positive results, and maintaining thorough documentation. Additionally, the role requires generating reports, providing excellent customer service, and coordinating with laboratories and third-party vendors for timely processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Verification of Test Results: Accurately verify health and drug screening results, ensuring all information is correctly recorded and reported.
- Data Entry: Input and maintain accurate data in our health records system, ensuring all entries are up-to-date and error-free.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all health and drug screening processes comply with federal, state, and company regulations.
- Communication: Communicate test results to appropriate parties, including HR, management, and employees, while maintaining confidentiality.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up procedures for inconclusive or positive test results, including scheduling re-tests and notifying relevant personnel.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough and organized documentation of all verifications and communications related to health and drug screenings.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on screening activities and outcomes for review by management.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to employees and applicants by addressing questions and concerns related to health and drug screenings.
- Coordination: Coordinate with laboratories and third-party vendors to ensure timely and accurate processing of tests.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in verifying and recording test results.
- Confidentiality: Strong understanding of confidentiality and data protection regulations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to health and drug screenings.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
- Experience: 2+ years experience of medical verifications in the US or North America
