We are seeking candidates who are motivated and enthusiastic to be part of a dynamic team of Health Schedulers. Within this position you will be responsible for answering inbound calls, scheduling, rescheduling and canceling patient appointments as required, answering patients' questions regarding basic medical questions and procedures, providing instructions to patients to ensure that they are prepared for examinations and procedures as well as confirming patient appointments. You must be able to communicate well with our patients and provide extraordinary customer service. There is room for growth and this role offers great stability. To be successful as a scheduler, you should be helpful and courteous when answering telephone calls. Ultimately, an exceptional scheduler should be able to build and maintain a good rapport with physicians and staff.
Location: This is a remote position after the initial two weeks of training at our Summit View Family Medicine Clinic in Greeley, Co.
Hours: The shift hours for this position are eight hour shifts, five days a week, either 8am-4:30pm or 8:45-5:15pm with some rotating Saturday shifts from 8am-12pm.
Although this position is remote, this position is a high functioning role as you will support all Weld County Primary Care Clinics. The expectation is that you are on the phone queue helping patients >80% of the time. You do have two scheduled 15 mins breaks as well as a 30 min lunch period. Regular phone audits are done to ensure all expectations for customer service and job performance are being met.
