Work Arrangement: Fully Remote
Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: Up to Php 40,000 per month, with (Php 15,000 bonus per month)
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST

Key Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Full Cycle Recruiter, you'll play a crucial role in identifying and sourcing top healthcare talent. Your responsibilities will include:
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to identify and attract qualified healthcare professionals.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for open positions.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with the Client Success Team managers and candidates.
- Building Relationships: Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates to understand their needs and preferences.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on healthcare industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably in an agency or start-up setting.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Workable and recruiting tools -- Linkedin, Capcut, etc.
