OPPORTUNITIES TO MAKE AN IMPACT IN A HEALTH SERVICES RESEARCH OR DATA SCIENCE CAREER AT GDIT:
Provide information for research and analysis.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from surveys, experiments, studies, and other sources.
Plan methods to collect information and develop questionnaire techniques according to survey design.
Conduct surveys, evaluate reliability of source information, adjust and weigh raw data, analyze and interpret and organize results.
Prepare conclusions and predictions based on data.
Contribute to completion of specific programs and projects.
Develop data-driven solutions to complex business challenges.
Utilize advanced tools and computational skills to interpret, connect, predict, and make discoveries in data.
Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, efficiencies, process improvements, and other business outcomes.
Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
Apply and integrate statistical, mathematical, predictive modeling and business analysis skills to manage and manipulate more complex, high-volume data from a variety of sources.
Analyze organizational data and conduct statistical analysis.
Apply mathematical calculations to recommend solutions to technical problems of high complexity.
Develop innovative strategies and quantify the competitive performance of the organization's operations and/or markets.
Analyze data using SAS, STAT, SPSS or similar data analysis software.
Perform research, analysis, development, and evaluation of systems, procedures, and models in assigned functional area.
