Working pattern - The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach, meaning you'll be able to work a mixture between the office and home based upon your personal needs whilst balancing the needs of the business. The health and nutrition team aim for around 1-2 days a week in the office to connect and on a more ad-hoc basis to attend key meetings.
Location - This role is based at our Bracknell Head Office.
Key responsibilities
Working with the Waitrose customer and product teams to ensure accuracy of all lifestyle and allergen claims for customer facing recipe materials
Providing nutritional guidance in the recipe development process.
Supporting with programmes to drive healthier diets and lifestyles for Partners
Generating reports for internal use and to respond to customer service queries on the above.
Supporting with health and nutrition policies & reporting, including data collection, analysis and recommendations
Horizon scanning and research on issues related to nutrition, health and wellbeing
Essential skills/experience you’ll need
A nutrition degree accredited with the Association for Nutrition or equivalent professional qualification
Good IT and data management skills
Good written and verbal communicator
Excellent organizational skills
Strong interest in and passion for health and nutrition
Experience in supporting the delivery of successful strategic projects
Desirable skills/experience you may have
Sustainability related qualification
Relevant industry experience
Knowledge of application of health and nutrition in a retail context
