About the Role
This role provides leadership and guidance to a team of Claims Specialist who work to resolve billing inquiries & discrepancies . Oversee daily planning, problem-solving, process improvement to meet production & quality targets. Enhance operational routines, improve claims resolution methods. Support product delivery while meeting business metrics.
Responsibilities
- Leading daily operations to ensure KPIs and SLAs are met. Monitor activities to meet deadlines, review claims cases for quality,
- Collaborating with the Quality team to close gaps. Serve as an escalation point for the Claims Specialists, and adjust workloads as needed.
- Creating and manage short-term and long-term career goals for Claims Specialists.
- Using subject matter expertise to refine and enhance claims review processes for better customer experience.
- Mentoring and track development of Claims Specialist team through performance metrics and feedback sessions.
- Instilling trust, provide direction, and vision to the Claims Specialist team.
- Communicating Effectively operational strategies. Conduct training on client-specific topics and contribute to ongoing training improvements.
- Delivering performance management processes. Provide project management support for business-impacting initiatives.
- Offering process improvement ideas to enhance customer experience and delivery efficiency.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor’s or Associate’s in a related field or equivalent work experience required.
- 3 years' of manager level experience, in a healthcare setting
- 2 years’ experience working with billing cycle in a healthcare provider or insurance carrier setting
- Able to work effectively in a team environment Possess excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Desire to learn continually in a changing environment
- Possess exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Able to efficiently organize work activities to meet deadlines
- Able to effectively manage a team.

Salary Pay Range
Minimum :
55,800 USDMaximum :
