Job Description

Jazz is growing quickly requiring us to evolve our capabilities, rethink organizational constructs, operating models, new ways of working, practices, skills & capabilities, and mindsets. We are preparing the organization for sustainable growth and high performance.

The Head of Organizational and Talent Solutions will be responsible for leading a team that partners with the business to design, develop, and implement organizational and talent strategies aimed at enhancing business performance, optimizing workforce effectiveness, and driving cultural transformation.

The Head will both partner with the business to design and deliver strategies and lead a team of talents that have OD, Change, and Talent expertise to do the same. The team interfaces and works very closely with HR business partners – as key strategic collaborative partners.

Please note: This is not a traditional broad talent management COE – employee listening & engagement, learning & development, performance management do not sit within the remit of this role, however, this role will partner directly with the HRLT to shape these agendas.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

  • Build a team and our overall capabilities in the areas of organizational development, change, high performance team development, and talent management.

  • Ensure resources allocated to the work where value is driven; adapt an agile flow to the work model.

  • Lead a matrix approach to delivering strategies; supporting a healthy and effective matrix work model.

  • Inform enterprise HR learning and development, employee engagement, DEIB, and core people process strategies to align to business needs.

  • Inspire innovative talent and organizational solutions that are targeted to the most important areas of the business.

  • Drive a learning culture and build core tools that can be lifted and shifted across areas of the business (in the areas of team.

  • Partner with other senior leaders and HR business partners to ensure that talent solutions are effectively integrated into broader organizational strategies.

  • Use data-driven approaches to monitor organizational health and effectiveness, including conducting assessments, surveys, and analytics to inform decision-making.

  • Identify and address organizational barriers to performance, working with leadership to implement solutions that drive operational success.

  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in organizational development, HR best practices, and innovation in talent management.

  • Drive continuous improvement in OD practices, ensuring that initiatives remain relevant, impactful, and aligned with evolving business needs.

Required/Preferred Education and Licenses

  • BS required, Masters preferred

  • 12-15 years relevant experience; Organizational Development, Change and/or strategic HR Business Partnership

  • Demonstrated leadership and building of a COE.

Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices and we strive to provide employees with total compensation packages that are market competitive. For this role, the full and complete base pay range is:

$240,000.00 - $360,000.00

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors. The goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with the candidate's expertise and contributions, within the established pay framework and our Total Compensation philosophy. Internal equity considerations will also influence individual base pay decisions. This range will be reviewed on a regular basis.

At Jazz, your base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The successful candidate may also be eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation (depending on the role), in accordance with the terms of the Company's Global Cash Bonus Plan or Incentive Compensation Plan, as well as discretionary equity grants in accordance with Jazz’s Long Term Equity Incentive Plan.
