Head of Revenue Enablement and Operations

The Role:
Wpromote is seeking a seasoned Head of Revenue Enablement and Operations who will play a pivotal role in helping Wpromote’s go-to-market organization achieve the company’s growth targets. This person will drive strategy and operational excellence within our go-to-market functions—marketing, sales, and client services—and champion the effectiveness and efficiency of our revenue generation processes. They will be responsible for ensuring that our go-to-market teams have the data, tools, process, and resources they need to accomplish key business outcomes and maximize revenue growth.

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $165,000 - $220,000, based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and the respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. At Wpromote, pay ranges are subject to change and are based on specific market medians for similar jobs according to third-party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary due to skills, experience, and available budget. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above).
