As our Head of Referral Marketing, you’ll play a pivotal role in our mission to revolutionize the therapy healthcare marketplace. You’ll be responsible for creating predictable and sustainable growth through our referral program and word of mouth channels. You’ll oversee the end to end referral user journey, orchestrating a mix of multi-channel referral marketing, product experience, data analytics, and sales enablement. You’ll lead a growing team of marketers, fostering a culture of high velocity experimentation and learning.

You will:

  • Be responsible for top of funnel provider growth from referrals; orchestrating the growth strategy across customer insights, data analytics, and marketing channels to create predictable and sustainable top of funnel growth from provider referrals
  • Lead and inspire a team of marketers, providing organizational structure and fostering a culture of innovation and learnings
  • Craft a multi-channel campaign plan for referrals, optimizing existing channel tactics and introducing emerging trends through high velocity experimentation
  • Be accountable for pipeline targets from referrals, reporting out performance and insights to Headway’s executive team
  • Partner closely with analytics and finance to own the inputs for the referral program’s growth models, building an intuition around growth levers and identifying new methods to test
