The Opportunity: In this Head of Product role you will report directly to Syncro’s Chief Product Officer, to help us ensure that our product is built with the customer at the center. Crafting a customer-first experience and driving our primary KPIs. You will be a hands-on product leader with a small team working collaboratively with product design, marketing, and engineering to innovate and lead one of our major product lines.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and deliver on the roadmap for a major part of the product line, prioritizing the features that create customer-first experiences and drive our primary KPIs
  • Work closely with Engineering, Partner Success and UI/UX teams to design and implement a best-in-class, intuitive, and scalable product - driven by data, user research, competitive analysis and innovation.
  • Translate user needs into compelling and practical user stories and solutions. 
  • Define and be accountable to the rest of the business for KPIs related to product and business objectives
  • Communicate your team's roadmap and plans, creating excitement and alignment within your team and across the company.
  • Work closely with marketing, support, and partner success teams on launching new features and communicating the value as well as the details. 
  • Potentially manage a small team and help shape the growth of our product team norms and practices as we grow

 

What we’re looking for: 

  • Experience as a product leader working with complex systems and workflows, accountable to the business for key KPIs. 
  • Experience building SaaS software that is utilized by IT Professionals is required 
  • Experience in Microsoft 365 is preferred
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative skills including the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and inform decision making. 
  • Experience deeply understanding and optimizing user workflows through interviews, prototypes, and beta testing.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand technical concepts and systems.
  • Strong communication skills, including collaborative problem-solving and interpersonal relationship building.
  • Ability to actively listen as well as present and articulate ideas and solutions effectively.

 

Nice to have skills:

  • Experience working with product analytics tools. For example: Pendo, Amplitude…etc
  • A deep grasp of technical principles and software development
