We’re seeking a talented and visionary individual to join our team at this important inflection. Someone who offers a bold vision and hands-on execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This is an exciting role because it sits at the nexus of everything we do at Flatfile. From influencing product roadmaps and positioning to launch planning and go to market, this role is pivotal in defining the market and ensuring our AI solutions reach their full potential.

In this role, you will:
Strategy: - Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy aligning with company objectives for product-led and sales-led growth.
Experimentation: - Lead product marketing experimentation and optimization efforts across the consideration journey. Analyze data and feedback to uncover insights and opportunities. Define and track metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of go-to-market initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
Go To Market: - Set the vision for product launch and product marketing strategy, and partner closely with your Sales and Success counterparts to drive activations, sales enablement, and product adoption.
Cross-Functional Execution: - Inform product development across ideation, alpha, beta and launch, working with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other cross-functional partners to bring our products to market.
Performance Monitoring: - Monitor and analyze program performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize impact. Utilize data-driven insights to refine and optimize product marketing strategies.
