About the Role

We’re hiring a Head of Ops to own onboarding, engagement, and retention. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to have a direct impact on the success of our customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Onboard and activate customers – Ensure new users quickly experience value and feel the “magic” of BoltWise.

  • Drive engagement and adoption – Proactively monitor usage, identify roadblocks, and work with customers to optimize their experience.

  • Analyze and solve problems – Use data to diagnose issues, refine workflows, and improve user success.

  • Be the voice of the customer – Gather feedback, collaborate with product and engineering, and advocate for customer needs.

  • Develop scalable success processes – Help create playbooks and automations to improve onboarding efficiency as we grow.

Who You Are

  • 1-4 years of experience in consulting, operations, customer success, or a similar role.

  • A fast learner – someone who enjoys tackling ambiguous challenges and making sense of messy data.

  • Excellent communicator – Able to simplify complex ideas and build strong relationships.

  • Self-starter – Comfortable working independently and figuring things out on the fly.

  • Tech-savvy – Comfortable with data analysis, CRM tools, and learning new software quickly.
