In BriefWe’re seeking a high-energy, results-driven Head of Marketing to craft and execute our marketing strategy. This is a rare opportunity to build a marketing engine from the ground up in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You’ll create engaging content, amplify our social presence, and unlock new growth channels with creativity and boldness.
What You’ll DoYou’ll take ownership of Verified’s marketing strategy end-to-end, including:
Content Creation: Develop engaging, viral content – such as LinkedIn posts, newsletters, videos, case studies, lead magnets, and website copy – that captivates and resonates with our target personas.
Growth Experiments: Design, execute, and analyze creative growth experiments end-to-end. Focus initially on LinkedIn, our strongest growth channel.
Hype and Awareness: Amplify the social profiles of the company and founders. Spot trends, create viral magic moments, and secure press coverage.
Impactful Messaging: Refine and unify Verified’s brand voice. Ensure our messaging resonates with a specific, tailored audience across all channels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with business, product, and leadership teams to understand market dynamics and customer needs. Develop marketing campaigns and strategies that increase conversion rates throughout the sales cycle.
Required
5-10 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth in a fast-paced environment (preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, self-service software, or tech).
Proven ability to craft viral social content and execute scrappy, creative growth experiments – especially for B2B.
Strong background in LinkedIn marketing, including content creation, ad management and organic growth strategies.
Experience creating diverse content types, from case studies to videos, with a strong focus on storytelling.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for storytelling.
Design skills (basic proficiency) and an eye for aesthetics.
Based in the United States (preferred)
Bonus
Knowledge of fintech, regtech, or identity industries in the United States.
Experience with startup environments – high autonomy and rapid delivery.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools or emerging AI tools.
Strong familiarity with Hubspot.
Experience building and managing websites (especially with Webflow).
Experience with design tools (for example Canva, Figma, Sketch) and/or giving direction to designers.

Base salary range: $110,000 - $160,000.
