  • Partner with business unit leaders to translate financial data into actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Manage risk assessment processes and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare insightful financial reports and presentations for senior management and the Board of Directors.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to optimize FP&A processes and leverage data analytics for a competitive advantage.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including accounting, operations, and product development.

What We Look For

  • 8+ years of experience as a leader in FP&A, preferably within the FinTech industry with strong understanding of credit card and payments.

  • Expertise in financial analysis, including variance analysis, scenario planning, and risk assessment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
  • Deep analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Proficient in financial modeling software (e.g., Excel) and ideally familiar with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
