Salary: $240,000-$260,000 base

DUAL North America is seeking the Head of Enterprise Technology to drive innovation, operational excellence, and delivering exceptional value to our customers. We are seeking a visionary leader overseeing our technology strategy and leading our innovation efforts.

Position Overview: The Head of Enterprise Technology will be at the helm of shaping DUAL North Americas’ technology and innovation landscape. This role will oversee architecture, data integration, R&D for IT, and our initial Salesforce.com implementation. The ideal candidate will blend strategic vision with a passion for innovation, bringing advanced technological solutions and groundbreaking ideas to life.


Essential Functions:

  • Champion a culture of innovation within the organization. Identify emerging technologies and trends, and drive initiatives that introduce disruptive and transformative solutions to enhance business capabilities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, flexible, and future-proof technology architectures. Guide the adoption of cutting-edge architectural frameworks and methodologies to support innovative solutions.
  • Lead strategic data integration projects that enhance data quality, accessibility, and utilization. Implement innovative data management and analytics strategies that empower data-driven decision-making and business intelligence.
  • Create and lead a new team to implement Salesforce.com to drive customer engagement, streamline processes, and enhance overall business performance.
  • Build, inspire, and lead a high-performing technology team that embraces innovation. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and continuous learning, and support professional growth within the team.

Job Requirements (education, experience, skills):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with substantial experience in innovation, architecture, data integration, emerging technologies, and Salesforce.com. Proven track record of successfully driving technology strategies and fostering innovation.
  • Deep expertise in technology architecture, data integration, and emerging technologies. Strong understanding of Salesforce.com administration and development. Exceptional ability to lead innovation and solve complex problems.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the capability to assess and integrate complex data and emerging technologies. Knowledge of data management, analytics tools and AI programming is required.
  • Experience in the execution of digital transformation and digital platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
