Head of Consumer Marketing - MetaMask
EMEA - Remote, UNITED STATES - Remote
We are looking for a strategic and innovative Head of Consumer Marketing to drive the next phase of growth for MetaMask - the world's leading web3 wallet.
As a key leader at Consensys, you will define MetaMask’s marketing strategy to engage and grow our audience, concept and deliver revenue driving marketing programs, oversee the launch of innovative new product offerings that will revolutionize how people manage their digital and financial lives, and cultivate a loyal community of over 30 million monthly active users around the world. You will be a link between Product and Marketing teams, fostering seamless collaboration between teams You advocate for our users, ensuring MetaMask maintains an open dialogue with the community and plays a role in the broader crypto cultural ecosystem.
This role reports directly to the CMO and works closely with MetaMask product leadership to align on business goals and consumer outcomes.
A bit about the role:
Consumer Centric Growth Strategy
- Define and execute a visionary marketing strategy that accelerates consumer adoption and monetisation and positions MetaMask as market leader.
- Collaborate with our Growth & Analytics team to develop data driven insights into consumer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning to inform product and marketing decisions.
Scaling Adoption of New Product Offerings
- Drive product growth by crafting and implementing strategies to scale adoption, usage, and revenue exponentially.
- Design and manage go to market strategies that align with product lifecycle stages, ensuring measurable impact at scale.
Culture & Community
- Create marketing programs that elevate MetaMask’s role in crypto culture and build relationships with key opinion leaders in the space.
- Grow the MetaMask brand with new markets and audience segments through innovative marketing programs.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Act as a bridge between Marketing and Product teams, fostering a culture of alignment, collaboration and innovation.
- Build systems and processes to align cross functional stakeholders, ensuring the consumer perspective is central to product development and marketing efforts.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, nurturing talent and driving high performance.
- Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to the business on consumer marketing and scaling strategies.
Performance & Impact Measurement
- Establish OKRs to measure the success of consumer marketing initiatives, reporting regularly to leadership.
