Job Description:
Develop and implement operational strategies that help the region/vertical achieve its financial and business objectives. Ensure successful implementation of Atheneum’s core client delivery process and operating model in your vertical/region by training your managers through shadowing, practice and continuous feedback, developing a close understanding of the business drivers. Manage the performance of the team, including setting goals, providing feedback, and coaching team members to help them achieve their objectives. Manage the regional/vertical P&L and operational budget, including monitoring expenses and staffing, tracking revenue, and forecasting future costs. Lead client development and business expansion efforts in the region/vertical, developing long-term commercial relationships with existing and new clients. Cross-sell, up-sell, increase share of wallet and grow your book of business. Demonstrate Atheneum's value proposition across all products (e.g., expert sessions, surveys, expert-backed research). Seek and identify new opportunities for growth and expansion, such as developing new services or expanding into new markets. Work with the leadership team to define and communicate the company's values, to help employees understand what the company stands for and what behaviors are expected of them, leading by example. Foster relationships across teams, departments and international offices and proactively and effectively contribute to key strategic initiatives. Lead global projects in line with Atheneum strategic objectives. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies and procedures and that your region/vertical is always adhering to best practices. Position is fixed location based in New York, NY office; however, telecommuting from a home office may also be allowed up to three (3) days per week. Domestic and International travel 30% of the time for business meetings and training.
Salary: $236,050 - $240,000
