TeamSnap is hiring a Head of Marketing for its B2B business lines. This is a critical role focused on driving market leadership and revenue growth for TeamSnap for Business (software and payments solutions) and TeamSnap for Brands (advertising and sponsorship solutions) serving the massive youth sports market. You’ll be responsible for leading end-to-end marketing strategy and execution spanning demand generation, content marketing, product marketing and customer marketing to drive revenue growth. 
Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, the ideal candidate is a strategic, growth-focused leader  with deep experience leading high-impact B2B marketing teams in SaaS businesses. You’ll be equally skilled at getting insights from our customers, unlocking growth opportunities from our data, shaping differentiated messages to the market, and reporting on business results to our executive team and board. 

What You'll Do:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy aligning marketing initiatives to TeamSnap’s business goals across multiple audiences and revenue streams.
  • Demand Generation: Deliver demand generation plan and channel strategies that drive awareness, generate high-quality leads, and accelerate pipeline growth. Own demand gen goals, budget and ROI.  
  • Content Marketing: Shape content marketing strategies that reinforce TeamSnap’s industry leadership, drive differentiation, and deliver value to our key audiences. 
  • Customer marketing: build scalable customer programs focused on customer engagement, adoption and retention. 
  • Marketing Innovation: Inform and leverage marketing technology, data and systems to drive measurable impact and enable data-driven marketing decisions. 
  • People Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and accountability. 
  • Cross functional leadership: As part of the B2B leadership team, collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer experience leaders to deliver greatest value to our customers.  

What Will Set You Up for Success:

  • 12+ years of B2B SaaS marketing leadership experience. 
  • Deep experience building and leading demand generation strategies and delivering measurable results spanning SMB and enterprise customers. 
  • Highly data-driven, able to make strategic decisions based on performance metrics and market insights. 
  • Inspiring people leader with demonstrated success in building, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams across multiple marketing functions.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills, building confidence and trust at all levels. 
  • Builder mindset, able to push effectively through complexity. 
  • Feeling a connection to TeamSnap’s mission and the value of youth sports.  
  • Bonus points: Experience in the advertising and media industry

CompensationWe’re committed to equitable compensation for all TeamSnappers. The minimum starting point for this role is $220,000 inclusive of base and bonus, with comp updated based on multiple factors. Our comp is highly competitive in our space and we adjust overall comp based on relevant experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. 
đŸ–„ LocationTeamSnap is a fully remote company, so you need to be very comfortable working with people who aren’t in the same time zone as you. We are always expanding, but there is a small list of states we do not hire in at the moment, including Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Rhode Island, and South Dakota and while we love all parts of the world, we can only hire permanent US residents at this time.
