• Oversee cross-functional infrastructure information technology programs in a matrix organization covering a range of areas.
• Develop and oversee end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery of technical hardware and/or software solutions.
• Provide hands-on program management during the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and post-implementation phases of the projects assigned.
• Perform risk management and change management on projects.
• Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks assigned.
• Drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions.
• Interface with the Engineering Team and external business owners for project requirements and scope.
• Drive product decisions to align with high company initiatives.
• Plan technical software and system hardware product requirements with internal teams and develop the project execution plan.
• Oversee technical solutions and software development lifecycle end-to-end, project plans and ensure on-time delivery and provide hands on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation phases.
• Write code and develop software tools, applications, and/or systems to support the company’s large-scale infrastructure, systems and operations.
• Perform opportunity sizing of product features to improve product adoption and revenue by personalization and experimentation.
• Telecommute from anywhere in the U.S.permitted.

Minimum Qualifications

• Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Software, Engineering, Applied Sciences, Information Systems or related field and three years of work experience in job offered or in a consulting or business-related occupation.
  Experience must include three years of experience in the following:
• 1. Applying expertise in information technology and software engineering during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases of technical
  projects
• 2. Gathering business requirements from key stakeholders and converting them to technical requirements and managing prioritization with engineering teams
• 3. Working closely with product and engineering teams to define team needs, metrics, and key performance indicators
• 4. Articulating the technology, requirements, goals, and milestones of the team
