Leidos is seeking a HC-130J Operations Training Specialist to join the team at Kirtland AFB, NM. So, whether your background is a pilot, combat system officer or loadmaster, we are interested in your skills and abilities! This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a comprehensive program supporting Air Combat Command's (ACC) Combat Search and Rescue mission. Join our team of experts and take your career to new heights.

Note: This position is temporary and is expected to end in May 2025.

Your Main Mission:

In this role, you'll be tasked with updating the HC-130J System Training Plan (STP), the Training System Requirements Analysis (TSRA), MTTLs, and associated training courseware to support Initial Qualification, Mission Qualification, Requalification, and Continuation training. 

What Sets You Apart:

• Bachelor's degree and 10 + years of relevant experience or Associate's degree and 12 + years of relevant experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree
• Previous experience updating and/or developing military training documentation ​
• Ability to obtain a DoD Secret level security clearance

Desired skills:

• HC-130J experience is preferred ​
• Technical writing skills
• Previous ISD experience
