Sharetec is looking for a Hardware Device Support Manager to join our Customer Success team!

The Hardware Support team supports our Credit Union’s Windows and Linux (RedHat) Sharetec system servers, backups, computers, printers, peripherals (ID scanners, document scanners and signature pads) and other services/products sold.


Your previous management experience leading a high functioning team of technical analyst will lend itself nicely to provide outstanding, first-in-class support to our internal and external customers.


This is a full-time, exempt, hybrid-remote position that can be located at one of our office sites in Ft. Wayne, IN or Waco, TX. For the right candidate, fully remote work is also an option. We can only consider remote employees who reside in one of the states listed below. The starting salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000.

As a Hardware Device Support Manager, you will:

  • Work with our 3rd party IT services partner for the day-to-day operation of the organization’s computer systems and network, ensuring 24/7 operation of systems and when problems arise, implement quick and permanent solutions.
  • Lead and support the Hardware (IT) Service Analysts – tiers 1 and 2, providing excellent customer service and support to all users of the Sharetec system, peripherals and related ancillary products

You should have:

  • Completed training in computer science, IT, information security, engineering, or similar technical discipline is preferred
  • A minimum of 1 year IT managerial experience
  • 4+ years of professional experience building, deploying and troubleshooting
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of hardware peripherals, device management and networks.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of servers and Windows Operating Systems.
