What You’ll Do:

As a Guest Relations Specialist, you’ll be the voice of P.F. Chang’s, ensuring we are delivering our message to the guests that “We are truly glad you are here, and we will do everything we can to make you want to come back”.  Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to guest inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handling guest concerns, complaints, and gift card inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
  • Managing guest feedback through Emplifi and providing timely responses (within 24-48 hours).
  • Assisting with CRM and loyalty program support, including technical troubleshooting.
  • Supporting the Marketing team with guest communications, promotions, and account management.
  • Crafting thoughtful, well-written responses to guest correspondence.
  • Assisting with reviews, written communications, and other administrative tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional who thrives in a service-driven role. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1-2 years of customer relations experience (restaurant experience is preferred).
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Experience handling guest feedback with professionalism and care.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus, but not required.
  • Familiarity with P.F. Chang’s is a bonus!

Work Schedule & Environment:

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Arizona Time, plus occasional holidays
  • Primarily Remote; travel on occasion (infrequent) to our corporate headquarters (in Scottsdale, AZ) for meetings

Pay: $17-21 / hour

Benefits:
