Location: US, Remote (East Coast Preferred)

For CS and Sales: This role will play a key part in our holiday time during Q4 (our busiest and most exciting time of year) and hours during this time may be longer than the rest of the year.

Compensation: We feel passionately about transparency in compensation. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $110,000-115,000, with an annual target bonus of 10%.

About the Role

You will join a highly motivated Revenue Strategy and Operations team that takes pride in defining our GTM strategy, metrics for success, and partnering with Sales, CX, Marketing, Finance, and others to scale the business and drive GTM productivity, revenue, predictable results, and profitability. 

We are looking for a highly motivated GTM Compensation Analyst to join the Revenue Strategy and Operations team. You will take a lead role in driving the GTM commission plans (Sales & CX), modeling, calculations, and audit accuracy. This role will work cross-functionally with Sales, CX, HR, Finance, and Legal and will be responsible for all commissions operations.

The ideal candidate would be a self-starter who has deep experience with the SPIFF ICM and has provided GTM support in a high-growth organization.

You will:

  • Be the in-house expert and administer Snappy’s GTM Compensation plans through SPIFF
  • Build the GTM commissions cost model during Snappy’s annual planning cycle
  • Partner with GTM leaders and Finance to design compensation plans that align to Snappy’s design principles
  • Develop, implement, and process GTM compensation plans in SPIFF
  • Prepare, calculate, and analyze the commissions payouts in accordance to Snappy’s monthly/quarterly cadence
  • Create, distribute, and track completeness of compensation plan sign-off from GTM personnel to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Be the main point of contact for all commissions related questions
  • Develop and enhance all commissions related processes
  • Build robust compensation documentation to enable the GTM team
