GTM Analytics Manager

As the GTM Analytics Manager, you will leverage data-driven insights to inform business strategy, optimize operational performance, and drive sustainable growth. Your role will be central to shaping the direction of our go-to-market initiatives by identifying key trends and actionable insights—both positive and negative—as they emerge. You will be the go-to expert for providing leadership with timely answers to critical questions about weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze large datasets to uncover trends in customer behavior, sales, market performance, etc., and present actionable insights using data visualization tools (i.e. Looker, Salesforce, Excel, GoogleSheets).
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of go-to-market initiatives, collaborating with teams (Marketing, Finance, Sales, Product) to define targets and track progress.
  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards in both Looker & Salesforce for real-time performance tracking, ensuring user-friendly access for stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute a reporting strategy to align with go-to-market objectives, identifying key metrics and KPIs to measure marketing, sales, and other initiatives.
  • Support business performance through forecasting, pipeline management, and market analysis.
  • Align cross-functional teams and drive knowledge sharing to ensure business success.
  • Any other tasks that may be assigned to help the company meet its goals.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years in a B2B SaaS-based technology company working in sales, partnerships, account development analytics.
  • Skilled at turning raw numbers into actionable intelligence, delivering insights daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly to drive business outcomes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to dig into complex data to surface meaningful trends and ensure accurate reporting and strategic decision-making.
  • Expertise in Looker and Excel/Google Sheets, with the ability to leverage these tools to create powerful, real-time analytics required. 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, with the ability to navigate the platform to track key metrics and connect sales data to performance insights.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while delivering results.
  • Proven experience in GTM analytics, with a track record in sales effectiveness, productivity improvement, channel strategy, revenue acceleration, and go-to-market strategy optimization.
  • Strong and concise communication skills.
  • A commitment to growth and success, with a focus on continuous learning, improvement, and delivering impact through data and strategy.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required.
