CFS is seeking a GSA Subcontracts Administrator. The position will be remote.
Job Description
The role of a GSA Subcontracts Administrator is to oversee the administration and management of our General Services Administration (GSA) contracts and subcontracts. This role requires a deep understanding of GSA regulations and compliance requirements, along with excellent organizational and communication skills. As the GSA Subcontracts Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our government contracts and fostering positive relationships with GSA and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of GSA contracts/subcontracts, including contract modifications, renewals, and compliance monitoring.
- Ensure that contract terms and conditions are adhered to and that contractual obligations are met in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Stay abreast of changes in GSA regulations, policies, and procedures, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and other relevant guidelines governing government contracting.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to develop competitive pricing strategies and prepare proposals for GSA contract opportunities.
- Review pricing proposals to ensure accuracy, compliance, and profitability.
- Monitor contract performance metrics, including revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction, and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
- Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to address performance issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for GSA and government customers regarding contract-related inquiries, issues, and disputes.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with GSA contracting officers, program managers, and other stakeholders to promote collaboration and resolve issues effectively.
- Coordinate subcontracting activities with subcontractors and vendors, including soliciting bids, negotiating terms and conditions, and managing subcontractor performance.
- Develop and maintain compliant subcontract agreements and accurate documentation such as modification task/delivery orders, solicitations, estimates, cost/price analyses, negotiation memorandums, justifications, determinations, special contract provisions, representations, certifications, and correspondence.
- Select the appropriate Subcontract/Purchase Order type (FFP, CR, T&M, IDIQ, etc.) that is best suited for the prime contract, project/program needs, and overall risk profile.
- Ensure subcontract requirements are met, assist in cost management, and coordinate issue resolution with customers.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for effective administration of all phases of the contract lifecycle, from bid and negotiation to project kickoff, execution, and closeout.
- Identify potential contractual issues and/or risks such as financial, performance, or regulatory, and assess alternate courses of corrective action, and recommend solutions.
- Provide business-focused objective advice and expertise to improve business strategy, internal processes, and program performance.
- Ensure compliance with subcontracting regulations and requirements.
- Other duties assigned within reason of current role previously specified.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Contract Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in GSA contract management or government contracting roles, preferably in the security or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of GSA regulations, FAR, and government procurement processes.
- Experience with GSA eBuy, GSA Advantage, and other GSA contract management platforms.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience using Deltek Costpoint.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

Additional Information
Salary Range: $110K-$150K
The position will be remote.
