What you will do: The Growth Support Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting eXp UK’s growth initiatives. This includes engaging agents to adopt supplier services, following up with prospective agents, and promoting and selling tickets for company events. The role will involve regular communication with agents and collaboration with the growth team to ensure that targets are met.
  • Engage agents to promote and encourage the adoption of supplier services
  • Follow up with prospective agents and discuss the benefits of joining eXp UK
  • Promote and sell tickets for eXp UK events
  • Provide feedback to the growth team on agent responses and common barriers to adoption
  • Collaborate with the Head of Growth to develop new strategies for agent engagement & attraction
How you will grab our attention: 
  • Strong sales and communication skills
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and databases
  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience
