Your role 

We’re looking for a Product Manager to take complete ownership of our Growth journeys. You’ll take the lead in building a fully optimised end to end journey, from a user’s awareness of the Midnite brand, through to their first bet and beyond, into their first days as a Midnite user. We’re in an ultra competitive industry, and so we believe a world class first time user experience will be core to Acquisition and early stage Retention. 

Your role:

  • From Discovery to Delivery. End to End ownership of the entire early customer lifecycle
  • Work alongside Growth Marketing to deliver a highly optimised Acquisition funnel
  • Take the lead alongside CRM to build a state of the art and “market-disruptive” liveops journey
  • Use your experience in Growth hacking to deliver high ROI to customer conversion 
  • Work closely with and influence senior stakeholders, always advocating for impact
  • Regularly interact with our users and develop a deep empathy for them
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver world class products
  • Be a champion of a Product-led environment, putting the users first. 
  • Find new innovative ways to build a world class First time user experience
  • Work directly with Head of Product to develop a long term, game changing Product Strategy
  • Regular reporting of Product KPIs to Stakeholders and Department leads.

You should apply if:

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience
