As a Growth Marketing Specialist:
Conduct in-depth market research to understand the American market and identify new opportunities for expansion.
Develop and implement growth strategies, leveraging data-driven experimentation to increase user acquisition and improve retention.
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid ads, and content marketing) to drive traffic and conversions.
Analyze key marketing metrics to refine strategies and improve ROI.
Lead and manage growth initiatives, including side projects, ad campaigns, and mini-tools targeted at the American market.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, product, and analytics) to enhance user experience and marketing performance.
Drive A/B testing and other experimentation frameworks to improve conversion rates.
As a Team Member,
Work closely with the existing growth team, bringing expertise and fresh perspectives to optimize strategies.
Align initiatives with company objectives and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
Support knowledge-sharing within the team by providing insights and best practices.
Assist in the refinement of existing processes and propose innovative approaches.
Long story, short: How will your first days in Metricool look like?
- First month:
Get onboarded and familiarize yourself with the company, product, data, team, and existing processes.
Start contributing to ongoing side projects and learning about key growth initiatives.
- First Quarter:
Execute and propose new growth strategies and experiments in collaboration with the team.
Optimize ad campaigns and ensure data-driven decision-making in marketing initiatives.
Analyze and report key performance metrics, identifying improvement areas.
- First Year:
Establish yourself as a key growth marketing expert within the team, particularly in the U.S. market.
Enhance Metricool’s brand awareness and market penetration in the American segment.
Define and refine growth strategies tailored to the U.S. market’s unique characteristics.
Job requirements. You’ll be successful on your mission if you have:
Experience: Previous experience in a Growth Marketing or similar position with a strong focus on performance marketing, analytics, and experimentation.
Education: Ideally, a degree in Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Languages: Advanced English is required; Spanish is a plus.
Hard Skills:
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles (SEO, SEM, ads, content marketing, and sales funnels).
Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 or Amplitude.
Experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels.
Understanding of UX principles and how they impact marketing performance.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Excellent communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Creativity and adaptability to test new strategies and optimize performance.

What are the steps of the hiring process?
First Interview (30 minutes): Introduction call with Sofía, People & Culture Specialist, to discuss the company, culture, and your background.
Second Interview (1 hour): Conversation with Sara Martín, the Growth Marketing Lead (if available) or other key team members (such as Vicent the Product Growth expert) to assess role fit and technical expertise.
Final Decision: Review of insights from the interviews to determine the best candidate.
