We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns targeting decision makers at targeted Health Plans and Employers to create demand, drive buyer engagement, and accelerate pipeline, utilizing a combination of content, virtual webinars, email, ABM, and other channels, with a focus on reporting and data-driven optimization.

What you will be doing:

  • Own integrated campaign, event, ABM, webinar and conference strategies and campaign calendar that drive lead acquisition with our target market
  • Partner with Commercial leaders to align on target audiences and tactics
  • Lead the development of campaign messaging, resonating messaging, content, and creative assets in support of demand gen and product marketing objectives
  • Partners closely with Product Marketing to communicate Ovia differentiators and value prop positioning
  • In collaboration with the Commercial team, oversees and continually refines automated nurture program to drive lead scoring success
  • Generates timely, accurate and in-depth reporting on campaign and program performance; uses data to refine messages, channels, and strategies
  • Collaborates with Labcorp digital marketing operations to support marketing automation for systems including Eloqua, SF marketing campaigns, and DemandBase, including system documentation and team training
  • Optimize integration between marketing platforms to ensure one, consolidated, clean, and accurate picture of marketing performance and execution

Who you are:

  • Expert in following best practices within email marketing, webinars, event strategy, and consumer privacy
  • Successful track record of developing effective integrated campaigns that exceed funnel goals
  • Skilled communicator, both in the content you develop, as well as as in presenting plans and data to internal stakeholders
  • Ability to collaborate both cross-functionally and across time zones (including India)
  • Excellent analytical skills and curiosity; you are eager to dig into the campaign results, interpret the data, draw conclusions, and share insights to inform what’s next
  • A deep understanding of marketing & sales funnels, levers and customer journeys
  • Ability to develop deep relationships with internal stakeholders and lead strategic lead gen discussions
  • Ability to prioritize and focus your and you team’s efforts on the highest-impact opportunities
  • Passion for health equity, women’s health, and digital healthcare

What we require:

  • 5+ years of B2B and B2B2C healthcare marketing experience, preferably in digital healthcare
  • Mastery of modern digital marketing technologies including DemandBase (or other ABM solutions), and Eloqua. SaleForce.com (SFDC) or other CRM solution experience is preferred.
  • Stellar event and project management/prioritization skills with mastery of the details; you’re able to manage multiple projects at any given time and enjoy putting processes in place to work more efficiently with growth and scale

Application Window: November 1st,, 2024

Pay Range: $110,000 - $135,000/year

The position is also eligible for an annual bonus under the Labcorp Bonus Plan.  Bonuses are payable based on corporate and/or business segment performance and are subject to individual performance modifiers.
