Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Growth Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise SaaS companies and a proven track record of implementing successful product-led growth strategies that have resulted in 20-40% growth in multiple organizations. This role is critical to our continued expansion and market leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive product-led growth marketing strategies that align with business objectives to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Leverage data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize the customer journey.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment on growth initiatives and optimize the customer journey.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth strategies, identify opportunities for growth, and make data-driven decisions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel growth marketing campaigns (including digital, content, email, and social media) that drive user engagement and conversion.
- Implement A/B testing and other experimentation frameworks to continuously improve marketing tactics and enhance user experience.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth strategies, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continually refine and improve growth strategies.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on enterprise SaaS companies.
- Proven success in implementing product-led growth strategies resulting in 20-40% growth in multiple organizations.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent understanding of the SaaS business model and customer lifecycle.
- Experience with digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful growth marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Knowledge of emerging growth marketing trends and technologies.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
- MBA or advanced degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
- Financial Services or Fintech experience preferred.
The expected annual base salary for this position is $110,000.00 - $170,000.00. Our compensation package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, and 401k contribution matching.
The applicable annual base salary paid to a successful applicant will be determined based on multiple factors including without limitation the nature and extent of prior experience and educational background.
