About your new role:


We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Growth Marketing Manager to lead our Account Based Marketing (ABM) and Digital Marketing efforts. If you're passionate about targeted growth strategies, personalized engagement, and driving measurable results, we'd love to hear from you!



Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel ABM and digital marketing strategies to acquire, engage, and retain high-value customers.
  • Optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid media, email, SEO, content marketing, and referral programs with a focus on personalization.
  • Implement and manage ABM strategies, including targeted advertising, personalized outreach, and tailored content.
  • Analyze and interpret data to improve conversion rates, customer LTV, and overall marketing ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and design to align ABM and digital marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Identify and experiment with new growth opportunities, channels, and technologies.
  • Develop and manage the marketing funnel, ensuring seamless user journeys from acquisition to retention.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports on marketing performance.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in ABM, growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Experience working in a SaaS, B2B, or startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of ABM tools, paid acquisition (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.), SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and marketing automation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-starter with a test-and-learn mindset and a passion for growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with ABM platforms such as Terminus, Demandbase, or 6sense.
  • Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, or data visualization tools is a plus.

Commandlink hires individuals in a number of geographic regions and the pay ranges listed reflect the cost of labor across these regions. The base pay for this position as displayed at the bottom of the job description is a range based on our lowest geographic region, up to our highest geographic region. Pay is based on location among other factors, such as skill-set, experience, and qualifications held.
