We are currently on the lookout for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team.
What you will be working on
As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will squeeze more free trials and paid conversions from our marketing funnel, growing our new website user-to-free trial conversion rate from 2.2% to 3% and our free trial-to-paid conversion rate from 35% to 45%.
To accomplish this, you will:
- Obsess over tweaks and iterations of our onboarding flow.
- A/B test landing pages, CTAs, creative assets, email, and more.
- Identify and test new customer acquisition channels, assist in optimizing existing paid advertising campaigns, and measure performance to maximize ROI.
- Enhance the marketing website to drive more people to the onboarding flow and sales contact forms.
- Create, maintain, and test, high-performing and consistent communication with cold and warm leads across automated campaigns.
- Report to our Head of Marketing and work with other members of our amazing Marketing team, such as Gabby, whose favorite fruit is mango.
- Dive deep into the data on what is and isn’t working at various funnel stages, attributing the success or failure of adjustments you have made.
- Work with Product and Engineering to help bring your visions to life.
Requirements

- Experience in growth marketing in the SaaS industry.
- Experience with CRO techniques, including landing page optimization, A/B testing, and user experience (UX) improvements.
- Data-driven mindset with proven experience in using data to drive marketing decisions.
