Growth Marketing Lead - New York (Remote)

Runwise is looking to hire a Growth Marketing Lead and add to one of the largest and fastest-growing prop-tech companies in the US.

Runwise (www.runwise.com) is a fast-paced, customer-focused climate-tech startup that controls and runs the key energy systems (heating, water, etc…) in 7,000+ buildings throughout the US. Runwise’s unique hardware and software service significantly reduces energy usage, substantially lowering costs and carbon output. As of today, Runwise’s technology takes the equivalent of 100,000 cars worth of carbon emissions off the road each year.

As the Growth Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for helping us significantly grow an already fast-growing B2B business by leveraging compelling email storytelling, and creative growth hacks.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create regular engaging email, social, and blog content, including high-converting or high engagement emails that unquestionably break through the noise.
  • Own our email and social growth strategy - how can we accelerate our sales growth using content distributed over these channels? 
  • Own analytics for email and social, and be able to present regular, clear summaries of what is and what is not working with data backing your analysis.
  • Work with our cofounder who creates regular content to amplify productivity and quality of output.  

Who you are:

First and foremost you MUST be able to write compelling, interesting, creative and effective emails. This includes being able to regularly write concise and interesting emails that engage an audience, as well as new and unique cold and warm email offers and asks for various email marketing programs.
