ABOUT THE ROLE 🤹♀️
Reporting to our Growth Marketing Manager - Podcast, you will be a key player expanding our offline footprint and maximizing Rocket Money’s growth. You will play a role in the execution, analysis, and optimization of all things Podcast and Audio. This is an exciting opportunity to make an immediate impact on Rocket Money’s growth. We are in the hyper-growth phase and as a member of our offline team, you will help us maximize our potential to efficiently and effectively grow.
Specifically, you will:
- Be responsible for podcast vetting, contract and rate negotiation, campaign execution, and campaign analysis.
- Support and own day to day optimizations and operations of user acquisition through the podcast channel with meticulous attention to detail.
- Contribute to the strategy and execution of the podcast channel to rapidly expand our reach while exceeding ROAS targets.
- Act as the key point of contact for podcast networks and consultant partners to create strong relationships that maintain Rocket Money’s position as a world-class growth team.
- Utilize data and deep channel learnings to suggest optimization opportunities that are backed by data and are aligned with the growth team’s goals.
- Brainstorm with our creative team to ensure our creative briefs are best-in-class.
- Have the opportunity to collaborate with and gain exposure to other offline channels including influencer, TV, and OOH.
- Find ways to make an impact outside of your core work. Whether through funnel experimentation or creative testing, we welcome all ideas that will both push you and the company forward.
- Take part in a strong culture of data analysis, rapid experimentation, measurement and iteration on the marketing team. The best ideas come from anyone, and are inspired by data.
ABOUT YOU 🦄
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in a performance oriented media buying role
- Experience in digital marketing, offline marketing, media buying/planning, or podcast-based marketing channels.
- Experience in podcast/audio marketing is a plus, but not required.
