We’re looking for a curious, creative, and analytical growth marketing specialist to identity and test into new growth opportunities across Uniswap’s portfolio of products.

The individual will work closely with product, data, and content marketing leads to research new marketing strategies, propose initial tests and GTM plans, and execute and report on their findings. This role requires a strong understanding of web2 marketing strategy, tactical ownership experience over marketing channels (paid / content / other), strong writing skills, excellency in data analytics, and an interest in crypto. This role is responsible for maintaining and adding to our backlog of marketing experiments, channels, and growth tactics aimed at driving user acquisition, activation, and engagement.

We are headquartered in SoHo in New York City and this role has the option to be partially or fully remote.

Responsibilities

  • Own the growth marketing testing roadmap to identify new channels and strategies across the Uniswap platform, from opportunity sizing all the way through launch
  • Launch test campaigns into new paid acquisition channels like influencers & affiliates
  • Collaborate with PDE to identify opportunities for growth across SEO and product-led growth (PLG)
  • Work alongside Product & Content teams to develop our lifecycle marketing strategy across email, push, and in-app notifications
  • Build out app store optimization (ASO) testing roadmap and perform regular optimizations
  • Deliver in-depth weekly reporting & analysis for all channels under ownership
  • Contribute to Go To Market channel strategy and execution for new strategic releases

Requirements

  • 5 years of marketing experience working with technical B2C products, with a strong background in 1-2 core channels
  • Passionate about working at the cross-section of quantitative and creative marketing
