Growth Engineering Manager, Integrations - US NC Remote

Growth Engineering is looking for an experienced individual with strong communication skills and high attention to detail to join our powerful team of cross-functional experts. A successful candidate will have the ability to work independently in a dynamic, rapidly-growing, and fast-paced environment. This role reports to the Sr. Manager of Growth Engineering.

** Position is 100% remote – Open to considering all US candidates

What you'll do:

  • Design, build, test, and deliver custom integrations for our customers

  • Execute strategic vision for the product focus area and contribute to the vision.

  • Independently executes across all areas of the product lifecycle (research, concept, user stories, development, go-to-market, adoption)

  • Proactively surface and resolve conflicts / bottlenecks

  • Own customer feedback loop to ensure proper iteration while communicating impact to roadmap items

  • Engage closely with internal and external customers to understand their current processes and needs, and translate those into product capabilities.

  • Leverage user analytics to release impactful features.

  • Represent Growth Engineering as a team and expert in meetings and anywhere else appropriate.

  • Drive success and adoption of your products by working closely with managers in creating internal launch plans.

  • Work very closely with our GE Data Engineer

What you'll need:

  • 7-10 years experience with software/IT

  • Knowledge of APIs, JSON, and Javascript or Python

  • 4-year degree from a top university 

  • Strong organizational, written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to discover, design, develop, and deliver a solution that provides a meaningful impact to the customers' business goals

  • Proven ability to deliver on commitments and timelines

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $126,000 USD - $182,000 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits. Apply
