About the Role

We hire engineers with a broad set of technical skills who are highly cross-functional and eager to solve a wide range of engineering challenges. 

The Growth Engineering team ships solutions to acquire new businesses and deepen connections with existing businesses at scale. We are responsible for developing growth technology to multiply outcomes across sales and marketing teams. We are bold and experimental and analyse the best ways to grow. This is a new team for Translucent so each individual will make an outsized impact.

What You’ll Do

• Grow Translucent to thousands of customers.
• Build leverage for Sales and Marketing teams.
• Be obsessed with experimenting and measuring our path to success.
• Work in a small, cross-functional, dynamic engineering team with partners in business operations, marketing, sales, and product.
• Lead the engineering organisation by example.

Requirements

• A minimum of five years of building and shipping solutions is preferred.
• Track record of delivering high-quality products and features at scale.
• Ability to turn and create business and product ideas into engineering solutions
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft.
• Understanding of the tools that power marketing automation, personalisation, attribution, and analytics (Salesforce, Outreach, Front).

• Salary: Up to £105k p.a. + option package
• Holidays: 23 days p.a. + the days between Christmas and New Year + Local public holidays
