Growth Enablement Specialist - United States - Remote

The Sales Enablement team works hand-in-hand with revenue leaders and reps to provide them with the necessary learning materials, content, and resources to drive growth and achieve success. By collaborating closely with the sales and revenue teams, the chosen Growth Enablement Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective, data-driven solutions that can transform the sales and client process. The success of these solutions will be measured based on their overall impact on the business and the level of cross-functional collaboration achieved.

Some Things You Will Do:

  • Work with Revenue Enablement leadership to understand the business requirements across GTM functions to develop impactful enablement solutions aligned with company revenue objectives.
  • Work primarily with New Business Sales and Account Management teams while coordinating closely with Marketing, Services, Product, Operations, and CS Enablement teams to deliver revenue onboarding curriculum and ongoing skill development programs.
  • Design and implement the highest value-added content and training for all revenue teams and ensure that the materials and assets are maintained in a knowledge base.
  • Review GTM content and ensure accuracy and relevance from a Sales perspective to align with Perceptyx's sales process and activities.
  • Drive sales effectiveness initiatives, such as new product enablement, pricing and packaging, customer journey processes, and more
  • Work in partnership with Product and Product Marketing to sustain a robust understanding of target audiences, buyer personas, and market segments through primary and secondary research.
  • Build a trusted relationship with internal sales executives and subject matter experts
  • Serve as a liaison between sales and marketing to ensure strong collaboration and communication on GTM activities.
