Your new role: We’re seeking a strategic, results-driven, and creative Growth Marketing Manager to lead initiatives that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This hands-on role will oversee key growth channels, including paid media, SEO, social media, and thought leadership campaigns. You’ll also manage the Social Media Specialist to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand presence. With a strong emphasis on driving ROI and revenue growth, this role blends data-driven strategy with exceptional creative execution to elevate visibility and drive DCA’s growth as we scale and diversify beyond AXA Health. You should have experience in working with large brands, executing cross-channel media plans, and driving marketing strategies in B2B, B2B2C, affiliate, and B2C sectors.

Salary : £50,000 Per Annum

Key accountabilities:

    • Develop and execute marketing strategies focused on driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and engagement, with a track record of working with large brands to achieve measurable ROI.
    • Manage and execute key growth channels, including paid media, SEO, social media, and thought leadership initiatives, driving results across B2B, B2B2C, affiliate, and B2C sectors.
    • End-to-end ownership of campaign design, execution, and optimization, leveraging advanced analytics to maximize impact and drive DCA’s growth.
