Are you a dynamic Dental Claims team leader with a passion for guiding teams and improving processes? As a Group Services Team Leader, you’ll oversee our Dental Claims department, ensuring top-tier service and efficiency. Lead your team to success while driving key initiatives that enhance our business and foster growth.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary: $74,000 - $95,000 plus annual bonus opportunity. 
  • Remote opportunity.
  • Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
  • Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
  • Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2024, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
  • Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2024, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2024 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Lead and Inspire: Manage and develop a high-performing team by planning, organizing, and guiding daily activities. Oversee staffing, performance evaluations, and provide ongoing coaching to ensure service delivery meets and exceeds expectations.
  • Drive Quality and Efficiency: Monitor work progress using key operational metrics to maintain top-tier quality and service standards. Implement quality assurance processes and continuously seek ways to improve team output and efficiency.
  • Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve service issues, streamline processes, and ensure a seamless experience for all involved. Provide expert support in handling escalated cases and complex situations.
  • Ensure Compliance: Stay informed on relevant federal and state legislation, ensuring all departmental activities align with company policies and regulations. Identify and address areas of non-compliance and implement corrective actions.
  • Strategize and Innovate: Lead or participate in cross-functional projects that enhance profitability, efficiency, and quality. Contribute to the development of business plans and budgets, and drive organizational initiatives with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Represent the Team: Act as a subject matter expert for the Claims department, particularly within the Dental product line. Handle escalated issues with professionalism and ensure the team’s expertise is recognized internally and externally.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Dental Claims Leadership Excellence:  A minimum of 3 years of experience leading, motivating, and managing a team in a dental claims environment within the insurance industry is required. Strong communication and human relations skills.
  • Operational Management: Skilled in planning, organizing, and managing multiple projects with a focus on delivering results.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to think beyond existing methods and practices, bringing creativity and innovation to the team’s approach.
  • Project Management: Experienced in project management, with knowledge of methodologies and tools to drive initiatives successfully.
  • Adaptability and Resilience: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adjust strategies and approaches as needed.
  • Compliance and Regulation: Deep understanding of relevant regulations and corporate policies, ensuring all activities meet industry standards.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using various software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
