This role is ideal for a versatile graphic designer generalist. While we’re not looking for an expert in every area, we seek someone who is comfortable with ideation and execution across a variety of formats(including social media images, web design, video graphics, blog and email headers, blog images, visualizing data, webinar and sales decks, sales one-sheets, and e-book design. If you’re someone who can confidently contribute to a broad spectrum of graphic design initiatives, this is the role for you.
This role can be remote but US-based.
Salary range: $65K-80K

Position Overview
The Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in visualizing iPullRank’s brand identity and overseeing consistent execution across multiple marketing channels and our own website. This generalist position requires a creative designer who thrives on variety, can balance multiple projects, and enjoys crafting impactful designs. You’ll collaborate across teams to visually enhance iPullRank’s thought leadership, support our marketing team, and grow our brand presence.
Responsibilities
Strategy
- Content Planning: Contribute to the visual development of a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with iPullRank’s brand pillars and marketing goals. Perform market and competitive research.
- Brand Guidelines Development: Create and extend our brand design guidelines across every medium and channel we engage with and market on.
- Cross-Channel Integration: Ensure designs align across the website, blog, social media, email, sales collateral, video, and webinar campaigns.
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed on SEO, content, and AI trends, as well as competitor activity, to identify new design opportunities.
Execution
- Design Creation: Oversee and contribute to the on-brand production of high-quality, engaging designs across formats such as blog posts, how-tos, e-books, case studies, video graphics, sales collateral, website imagery, webinar preparation, emails, and social media. You can also take data and visualize them into branded graphs and graphics.
- Functional Design: Deliver designs in the formats required by the team (PNG, PDF, SVG, EPS, etc.)
- Collaboration: Work with content marketers, developers, and external freelancers to create cohesive, on-brand materials.
- Web and Product Design: Wireframe landing pages and new tools as we build out the iPullrank technology stack.
- Governance: Maintain consistency in brand and quality across all content.
Must Haves For this Position
- Experience: 3–5 years in graphic design in-house at a fast-paced modern business.
- Work: A portfolio showcasing a range of design projects (social, email, blog graphics,, branding).
- Generalist Mindset: Comfortable working across multiple content formats and channels, with a strong focus on ideation and creation.
- Detail Oriented: Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency
- Design Fundamentals: A strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Ability to repurpose existing assets creatively and efficiently.
- Delivery Expertise: Ability to work efficiently under pressure and at a fast pace to meet quick turnaround deadlines, in addition to managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication skills: Can present ideas to leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure concept alignment, as well as the ability to take direction and feedback constructively.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage deadlines and multiple projects effectively.
- Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Generative AI design tools.
