Job Description:
The role:
Our in-house Creative and Content Team is responsible for producing a wide range of content. The ideal candidate is a deadline-driven, creative mind who is highly collaborative and has a deep understanding of how marketing campaigns work to support our messaging and storytelling. In this role, you will work directly with the Creative Director and other key Marketing and Training team members on a wide variety of projects, campaigns, branding, packaging, and graphic design projects. The Graphic Designer will help with the execution of creative briefsand ensure the brand maintains a clear and consistent visual representation and aesthetic across all touchpoints while meeting business objectives. This position will report to the Creative Director.
What you’ll do:
Primary Responsibilities:
Concept & execute design and branding elements for digital, print, e-commerce, packaging, and social.
Support Creative Director on all projects from concept to post-production, including but not limited to mood boards, casting, on-set art direction, and retouching mark-ups.
Work with Sr. Creative Leadership to refine concept work across all creative elements, including photo, video direction, and graphic design.
Translate business and marketing objectives into clear, compelling, and easy-to-understand designs.
Bring forward the most innovative creative techniques, design trends, top talent, and current industry trends and innovations across all relevant industries - driving vision and insights to creative ideation, strategy, and production planning.
Edit and add typography to video content for social and digital advertising.
Prepare, package, and spec files for print projects with correct dimensions, die-lines, and resolution.
Ensure that all projects are within the deadline.
Performs other duties as assigned
What you need to know:
Experience/Skills/Education:
Required:
2+ years of related experience in a Beauty/fashion/luxury agency or in-house environment.
This position requires an inventive and collaborative design-forward mentality. A keen eye for photography, design, and typography, and be familiar with current design trends and best practices.
In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites, with exceptional mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Digital Graphic Design/e-Commerce experience is imperative
Desired:
Knowledge of Premiere and After-Effects is a plus
Experience using digital project management tools (Monday) and digital asset management platforms
(Salary Pay Range: $68,000 - $77,000)
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of BeautyHealth’s total rewards package for our employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, paid time off, and region-specific benefits.
