Location: Remote
Hourly Rate/Salary Range: 45-67k per annum, pending experience and location
Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly
Reports To: Executive Vice President of Business Development
Position Summary
The Graphic Designer ensures consistent visual identity across platforms, creating graphics for digital and print that align with brand goals. Responsibilities include managing multiple projects, collaborating with departments, and refining designs based on feedback. This role enhances brand identity through cohesive, impactful visual storytelling.

Position Responsibilities
- Branding: Maintain consistency in visual identity across all platforms and contribute to brand evolution.
- Graphic Creation: Brainstorm and develop visual concepts and graphics that align with project goals and brand guidelines. Design and edit digital and print materials, including social media graphics, ads, logos, infographics, banners, brochures, packaging, and other materials as requested.
- Content Collaboration: Work with team members from various departments to develop graphics and content related to their scope. As needed, collaborate with Marketing Assistant to review, edit, and support the creation of social video marketing materials.
- Project Management and Communication: Present ideas and designs to clients or stakeholders, and adjust based on feedback. Manage timelines and deliverables for multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
Position Qualifications
Required:
- Associate’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- 1-3 years of graphic design experience
- Skilled in design tools including but not limited to: Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Promo
- Experience with technology including but not limited to: Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Asana
- Strong sense of aesthetics and the ability to conceptualize unique graphics that align with the organization's brand
- Attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication and time management skills
- Creativity and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to stay up to date with design trends
Position Conditions
- Position works remotely
- Ideal working hours occur between 8am-5pm ET
- Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
- Must be able to produce quick turnaround for design needs
- Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects
