Graphic Designer - HMO - WFH - UK Supply & Manufacture Company

• A leading British manufacturer and supplier of premium fasteners and wood connectors is looking for a Graphic Designer to join their growing team. Established in 1998, they distribute high-quality self-drilling fasteners and screws that outperform conventional alternatives. Their products are trusted by carpenters, builders, and tradesmen across the UK, and they take pride in delivering first-class, corrosion-resistant solutions.

Work Conditions

• Your workstation is set up in a safe and secure location at home with stable and reliable internet, not less than 25 Mbps (constant).
• You’ll be required to use your own laptop.
• PHP 40,000 to PHP 60,000 per month.
• 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM Philippines Time, Monday to Friday.
• You won’t be required to work during the Philippines holidays.

About the Role

This role reports to the Marketing Manager, who is based in the United Kingdom. As a Graphic Designer, you will work closely with the marketing and product teams to create compelling visuals that enhance brand identity and customer engagement. You will collaborate remotely with colleagues and stakeholders across different time zones, ensuring high-quality design execution for product packaging, social media, and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing and functional packaging designs that align with brand guidelines and market trends.
• Design engaging graphics for social media, including posts, banners, and advertisements to boost brand awareness.
• Develop promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, email templates, and presentations to support campaigns.
• Maintain and update a library of brand assets, including logos, icons, and templates for consistent branding.
• Work with marketing, product development, and leadership teams to bring creative concepts to life.
• Stay up to date with design trends, competitor activity, and industry innovations to ensure fresh and relevant designs.
• Review and refine designs to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and suitability for different platforms.

Experience & Software

• 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in branding, marketing, or packaging.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Experience in creating product packaging, social media content, and marketing materials.
• A strong portfolio showcasing work in packaging, social media graphics, and other marketing collateral.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Figma is an advantage.
